All Vanguard Ergo orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. We ship directly from our domestic US warehouse via USPS Ground Advantage to ensure your gear arrives safely and quickly.

We offer free US shipping on all orders.

Delivery Timelines:
* Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
* Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your package leaves our facility.

Carrier and Delays: Vanguard Ergo is not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All provided delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside its control.

 Transfer of Risk: Once Vanguard Ergo transfers the products to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss officially pass to you.
